Return Policy

For items that are incorrect size or faulty item.

  • Items can be returned back to us for store credit (in case of faulty item, a refund is available).
  • Your items will need to be in their original condition, with tags attached, unworn/unwashed, unstained and footwear in its original box.
  • Send your return within 14 days of receiving your item/s.
  • You will need to cover the cost of return postage.
  • If you post your return after the 14 days, you may be asked to pay a late fee of $10.00.
  • All refunds of faulty items will be issued via the payment method you used to purchase the items.

Can I exchange an item?
  • We suggest contact be made via email to info@fillyfaux.com immediately to secure the item you would like to make an exchange for, we can then confirm it's availability and have it put aside for you.
  • Send your return within 14 days of receiving your item/s.
  • You will need to cover the cost of return postage.
  • If you post your return after the 14 days, you may be asked to pay a late fee of $10.00.
  • Your new item will be shipped with regular post unless you pay for express.
